Late Edwardian/early Victorian citrine, peridot, and dark blue topaz necklace. This necklace is at least 14k but not quite 18k and has been acid tested and electronically tested as solid gold.
The gold has a pretty patina and all parts of the necklace are sturdy and show no damage or repair of any kind. The necklace measures 15" with dangling festoons measuring 1 3/8", 7/8", and 5/8". It is set with four faceted 5mm, two cabochon 5mm, four cabochon 6mm, one cabochon 8mm, and one cabochon 10mm in citrine, as well as one 6mm and six 7mm in deep blue topaz, and finally has two 6mm cabochon peridots for a total carat weight of 24 carats. The stones are natural and of good quality, though a couple do have inclusions typical of natural stones. Necklace weighs 20.9 grams.
